A biased opinion, of course, with a sample size of one, BUT, Jude and Dr. Byaruhanga (Executive Director of AIDS Information Center, the lead implementing partner), with Aruthur Rutoro as moderator, pulled off a mighty impressive hour-long interview. Our initial fears that we wouldn't be able to fill the full 60 minutes with info on couples counseling and testing were quickly put to rest. The phones started ringing off the hook even before they opened the show up to outside callers. Check out all the blinking lines! (I took it upon myself, as the behind-the-scenes, in-the-control-room nervous Nancy, to take important pictures such as this.)
And here, the gents in front of the blue screen, all smiles, when, not 4 seconds after the show ended, Uganda AIDS Commission called Dr. B and said they want to come on board and provide free couples counseling and testing services. 
Publicity works :-)
