I am sorry to inform you that the pretesting has to be postponed. The President of Southern Sudan has issued a decree announcing 11th to 18th November a 7 days public holiday to allow the people of Southern Sudan to register for the 2010 coming election. All programs during the period are affected. All the schools will be closed. I suggest that we reschedule pretesting to the first week of December 2009. Is this ok with you?
