Interruption in water supply from 28th to 30th Oct 2009
Dear all,
This is to inform you that due to systems upgrade, Gaba treatment works will be shut down from 28th to 30th October 2009.
The whole of Kampala Service Area will be affected!
BMs please ensure that text messages are sent to your customers so that they can store enough water.
Announcements have already been sent to radio stations.
A press notice will be published in New Vision, Monitor and Red Pepper on Monday and Tuesday.
Please let us use which ever means are accessible to us to ensure that our customers are informed well in time.

stay away from fiber for awhile...
I got hysterical when I read this. Almost lost control The entire city without water for three days? Crazy-the things we take for granted!
