The goat races were on August 30th. Uganda's version of the Kentucky Derby/Royal Ascot Horse Races in the UK. Same principle - fancy attire, big hats, big bets, and an excuse to day drink - just sans horses, plus goats.Racing doesn't appear to be much of a goat instict. Announcer soundbites: "And Attila the Goat has now stopped to eat grass. Oh, and here comes Goat with the Wind to join him. And Shergargoat..."
